Submission of abstracts

We invite you to submit papers for contributed talks and posters within the topics of the symposium.

Requirements for papers

• papers should be submitted as a 1-page extended abstract
• papers may include 1 figure or table and if applicable a few relevant references
• the author designated to present the paper should be underlined

Deadline

Deadline for submission is 15 January 2010. No extensions will be granted.

This late date is chosen to ensure that the contributions include the latest research.

Notification

All authors will be notified by 12 February if their contribution has been accepted as contributed talk or as poster.

Acceptance of a talk or poster will be finalised only when the presenting author has registered for the symposium.
